About the Plant The Ficus Alii is a member of the common weeping fig family, however it tends to be tougher than his cousin. It survives lower light levels and lower temperatures, and it's long slender glossy leaves, are a pleasant change from the round Benjamina leaves that are commonly seen in offices. This plant can be grown as a bushy tree, as in this case, or as a standard, with a superb canopy of leaves making a real statement. The image is of a variegated version called Amstel Gold. |
